Responsibilities:
• Reports to GM
• Management of Production, maintenance and EHS.
• Establish goals for the key employees with regular follow up.
• Implement new customer projects through management of the development department.
• Plan budget and strategy input for Operations with regular follow up of required actions.
• Achieve cost saving target through process optimisation.
• Manage introduction of captial expenditure projects where approved in the budget.
• Produce monthly production report.
• Assist GM to make production plan.
• Lead, plan and organize site production to meet orders of customers, ensure product quality and site security.
• Responsible for new technology, new equipments and new materials appliance.
• Strategic planning of production manpower
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mechanical/production engineering or relevant field.
• 5+ year’s working experience in manufacturing /production sites of which 3 years in managerial experience as production or maintenance Manager.
• Knowledge of extrusion in PVC or other plastics is a plus.
• Knowledge of injection and compression moulding, in rubber will be a plus.
• Good skills in the IT fields, such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills, teamwork skill.
• Competent command of oral & written English and Mandarin, excellent communication skill, self-motivated is definitely.
• Ability to work under pressure
