职责内容：main responsibility:
1． 制定拉丝线生产工艺参数。
Design production technical for tape line.
2． 跟踪生产质量，确认工艺参数是否适合。
Follow up production, make sure production technical is suit to specification.
3. 审核跟班质量报告。
Check quality records of shift.
4. 与生产等相关部门合作，共同解决生产过程中出现的质量问题并制定纠正预防措施。
Cooperate with production and related departments to solve quality problem, make correct action and follow up.
5. 负责样品的整理及记录。Samples collect and record.
6. 制定质量检查操作规范。
Make standard of quality inspection instruction.
7. 对质检员及生产操作工进行技术方面的培训。
Training for inspectors and production operators about technical issue.
职位要求：requirment:
1. 大专及以上学历.
Educate from college or above,
2. 有质量管理知识，善于动脑分析问题；
Knowledge of quality management, skill analysis problems.
3. 良好的团队合作意识；
Team player.
